SOLYSTIC is an international provider of solutions and services for the mail and parcels industries. We enable these operators to automate their logistics processes, improving profit, working conditions and quality of service. With its strong legacy of more than 60 years and more than 3,500 pieces of equipment delivered worldwide, SOLYSTIC is recognized as an industrial partner of the major postal operators in the world.

Based in France (with headquarters in the Paris area), and a subsidiary of the American group Northrop Grumman Corporation, SOLYSTIC employs around 500 well-qualified, experienced and highly motivated people. Our skills: design of tailored solutions, innovation bringing value, and management of complex programs. SOLYSTIC is creative thinking.

The XMS™ SOLYSTIC mail sorter automatically prepares mailpieces of any format (letters, magazines and catalogues) in one “bundle” ready for delivery.

CPS, our “packets” sorter, enables operators to deal with the growing flow of cross-border small parcels, generated by B2C e-commerce, and now largely handled manually.

For B2C logistic activity, SOLYSTIC has designed a solution named Soly™ to automate preparation for parcels delivery in regional distribution centers, easily adaptable to the seasonal volumes. Soly™ can also be used for parcel sorting.

SOLYSTIC also provides “SLA” (Service Level Agreement), allowing logistic operators to outsource maintenance of their mission-critical sorting infrastructure: We guarantee the levels of availability (including recovery plan), performance and quality, improving the effectiveness and reducing the cost of ownership.
